Galleria Arad

Galleria Arad was acquired in 2016, as a commercial shopping center in a financial distress situation. The shopping center has 95,000 sqm GLA, over 100 retail units, and 1000 parking spots. It was facing very low occupancy rate, and a decreasing footfall traffic due to the exit of main anchor tenants.

Galleria Arad will soon have over 75% occupancy rate leased to international brands, corporate offices, and public institution offices for municipality of Arad.

Preciziei Residence

Part of Preciziei Park mixed-use project, the residential component offers 236 apartments conveniently located close to Bucharest’s city center. The facilities mix is designed for the comfort of the community living here and includes 1.000 m2 of retail spaces and a sports area of 2.000 m2. For a better life-work balance, all facilities are within a walking distance, making the project an excellent place to live and investment opportunity.

It was facing a decrease in occupancy rate, and footfall traffic due to newer retail developments in the city. Today, Galleria Piatra Neamt boosts 96% occupancy rate, with an average lease term of 4.2 years to major retail brands.

Mega Image Bucharest - Commercial

The project is a stand-alone Mega Image store on Preciziei Boulevard, a main access road in West Bucharest. The unit is located on a 3,679 sqm land plot from a former Coca Cola factory, in the middle of the existing mixed use agglomeration of office, residential, student accommodations and light industrial facilities.

West Park Residential
