Galleria Arad

Galleria Arad was acquired in 2016, as a commercial shopping center in a financial distress situation. The shopping center has 95,000 sqm GLA, over 100 retail units, and 1000 parking spots. It was facing very low occupancy rate, and a decreasing footfall traffic due to the exit of main anchor tenants.

Galleria Arad will soon have over 75% occupancy rate leased to international brands, corporate offices, and public institution offices for municipality of Arad.

Galleria Piatra Neamt

Galleria Piatra Neamt was acquired in 2016, as a commercial shopping center in a financial distress situation. The shopping center has 28,500 sqm GLA, over 40 retail units on 2 floors plus kiosks.

It was facing a decrease in occupancy rate, and footfall traffic due to newer retail developments in the city. Today, Galleria Piatra Neamt boosts 96% occupancy rate, with an average lease term of 4.2 years to major retail brands.

West Park Residential

West Park is a 5 ha residential area, comprised of 19 buildings and 1400 apartments. Casa Suprema was involved from the beginning by acquiring the land, creating the conceptual design, getting the municipality approvals, and making the master plan project.

Brasov Harman - Residential

Brasov Harman is a mixed use development built on 72,600 sqm land plot. The project comprises of 49 residential buildings and a commercial center.
